Nwaefuna rise to the spotlight as an actress in 2015 when she made her debut as a housemaid in the movie Poison Ivy. Thereafter, she appeared in a Television drama series Hush which was aired on African Magic Showcase and African Magic Family on GOtv Africa from 2016 – 2017. Afterward, she has featured in the lead and supporting roles in several Nollywood movies, amongst which are The Fake Life of Abuja Housewives alongside Fredrick Leonard, Nancy Isime, and other actors. She featured with Uzor Arukwe, Belinda Effah, and Alex Ekubo, amongst others in Hire a Woman.
Apart from acting, Nwaefuna also owns a production studio located in Lagos which she rents out to photographers and filmmakers. Growing up, Uche always had a list of things she wanted to achieve, and being a model was part of the list. Perhaps, she realized she was beautiful enough to be a model. As such, she has modeled for many companies and still doing more.
Furthermore, Uche has secured an endorsement deal with different companies as an ambassador and brand influencer. One of such is with Glo-NG where she was part of the marketing advert for 4G Network, alongside Patience Ozokwor, and Broda Shaggi.
