Kihei Isaiah Clark is an American college basketball player for the Virginia Cavaliers of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). He plays the role of point guard in the team. Kihei won the title of NCAA champion in 2019 and was selected for the third team All – ACC in 2020.

Clark debuted in 2014-2015 when he played basketball for his school averaging 15.2 points and six assists per game. He helped his team reach the CIF Southern Section Division 4A semi-finals scoring 16 points when they lost to Campbell Hall School and collected All-Liberty League Honors. In 2015, he averaged 12.1 points and he earned the title of most valuable player for his team and all-conference recognition. As a junior Kihei averaged 18.9 points, 7.1 assists, and 4.2 rebounds per game.
In 2017, Clark was named MVP of the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League Peach Jam after leading his Oakland Soldiers team to the title. He then verbally committed to play for his college team but then de-committed in August 2017, as he thought that he could play at a higher level. Kihei decided to play for Virginia on October 2, 2017, after also considering Gonzaga and UCLA. On November 6, 2018, he played for Virginia for the first time recording four points and six assists, where they won over Towson.
He even scored a season-high 12 points on January 26, 2019, when they won against Notre Dame. He even won the 2019 NCAA Tournament on March 29 against Oregon. On February 23, 2022, Clark made a new career-high in points in a loss to Duke with 25 points on a 9-of-15 shooting. He also made his 500th assist in that game. As a senior, Clark was named Honorable Mention All-ACC.
