On 21 July 2006, Jenkins presented her final BBC South weather forecast. She has since returned to work on Radio Solent, currently presenting the Breakfast in Dorset show from 6.30 am to 9.00 am on weekdays and the station’s breakfast show from 6.00 am to 8.00 am on Saturdays. Currently seen on BBC1’s 10 pm Sunday night news presenting the UK National weather forecast.
